WNBA Fast Break Classic | Run 2 | Day 4
Today’s Objective(s): 30 Points Scored & 2 Blocks
Recap & Overview:
Connecticut Secures First Win, Lynx Stay Unbeaten
Sunday’s five-game slate offered a mix of blowouts and nail-biters, shaking up the early standings.
Connecticut finally broke through, securing their first win of the season after fending off a late Fever rally. Despite playing without Caitlin Clark, Indiana nearly staged a fourth-quarter comeback, but the Sun responded just in time, escaping with a victory.
Elsewhere, the Liberty handled Washington, while the Aces comfortably took care of Los Angeles. Meanwhile, the Minnesota vs. Phoenix matchup delivered high drama, with the Mercury holding a three-point lead with a minute remaining before the Lynx rattled off six straight points, keeping their undefeated streak alive.
Lastly, the Atlanta Dream showed once again that they’re no pushover, proving their deep playoff aspirations are real.
