NBA Fast Break Classic | Conference Finals | Day 12
Today’s Objective(s): 75 Points Scored
Recap & Overview:
Knicks Stay Alive with Blowout Game 5 Win
Instead of falling in line with OKC’s lead and closing out the series, the Indiana Pacers ran into a fired-up Knicks squad that delivered a dominant home-court performance.
New York’s Game 5 victory gives them another shot to extend the series, with Game 6 back in Indiana. A win would shift momentum in their favor heading into a decisive Game 7, but if Indiana takes care of business, they'll punch their ticket to the NBA Finals, where they'll face Oklahoma City starting June 5th.
Fast Break Recap: KAT Battles Through Injury
Yesterday’s Fast Break objectives focused on points in the paint and offensive rebounds, and Karl-Anthony Towns fought through his knee injury he sustained late in Game 4 to deliver 18 points in the paint and 2 offensive rebounds. With his resilience, he earned the Fast Break Stud of the Day award.
Meanwhile, Precious Achiuwa remained one of the top five most utilized players, but with just 5 minutes of game time, his performance left much to be desired—scoring only 2 points and collecting zero offensive rebounds, earning him the Fast Break Dud of the Day for the second consecutive Knicks-Pacers matchup.
Game 6 Fast Break Strategy: Points Rule the Day
Today’s Fast Break challenge is all about scoring, making efficiency from key players crucial.
Collectors will need to strategize carefully, as roster constraints from past lineup decisions could affect options. Brunson, Haliburton, Siakam, KAT, and OG are all high-value selections, so lineup construction should focus on maximizing point production as the Knicks fight to force Game 7. If you’re like most collectors, you’re likely scraping the bottom of the barrel or are out of players unless you have a decent collection of legendary digital collectibles.
Let’s dive into the day’s projections and lineup strategies to close out this run on a strong note.

Upcoming Fast Break Objectives:
Tomorrow (Day 13): No NBA Fast Break
Day 14: TBD on today’s result
Considerations:
Oklahoma City’s win means the Western Conference Finals have concluded and there are no games on Day 11 or 13
If Indiana wins in New York, there would be no games on Day 12 or Day 14
The NBA Finals will begin on Thursday, June 5th
There will be only one (1) game each day for this run
