Recap & Overview:
Knicks Close Out Celtics in Dominant Fashion
The Knicks hadn’t closed out a series at home this century, but that streak ended as they sent the Celtics into an early offseason. After getting blown out by 25 points in Game 5, New York returned the favor, dismantling Boston by 38 points in Game 6.
Fast Break Recap: Points in the Paint Challenge
Points in the Paint are tough to accumulate when limited to a single game, especially in a blowout where starters don’t play the full game. Both factors were in play for Fast Break Day 12.
If you were among the 33% who started Jaylen Brown, he chipped in 10 points in the paint, earning the Fast Break Stud of the Day. A fitting send-off, as Boston players are now unavailable for the remainder of the playoffs.
Thunder vs. Nuggets: A Battle for the West
Denver aims to return to the Western Conference Finals for the first time since 2023, while Oklahoma City hasn’t been back since 2016—when Kevin Durant was still on the team.
Interestingly, Russell Westbrook was part of that 2015-16 Thunder squad, and he’ll look to keep that history intact by helping Denver advance. Expect a highly competitive, wire-to-wire contest, with big moments from both sides.

Fast Break Day 13 requires five (5) players who will accumulate 25.0 or more assists, which means each player will need to average at least 5.0 AST. There are only two (2) teams in action today, so your options are very, very limited — especially at this stage of the Fast Break run. Without at least a couple of the top options means it’ll be a dicey day for most.
