NBA Fast Break Run 13 | Day 13
Today’s Objective(s): 40 Field Goals Made & 55 Field Goal Attempts
Recap & Overview:
We’ve reached the final day of Fast Break Run 13 and the final day of the 2024-2025 NBA regular season. After a glitch that delayed the results from Day 12, we found out that only 17 Fast Break lineups walked away with a win - the lowest mark on an already brutal series. Tunes lost for the first time…but so did the others who had 10 wins. That means Tunes goes into the final day with an opportunity to control his destiny - like the Denver Nuggets and the 4th seed.
Anthony Edwards was utilized in 72% of lineups where points and three pointers were needed…and he delivered 9 points and 1 three pointer. Steph was the 2nd most utilized player at 39%…and he delivered 14 points and 2 three pointers. Devin Booker was the 3rd most utilized player at 32%…and he delivered 18 points and 1 three pointer. These three collectively are your Fast Break Duds of the Day. Malik Beasley at least delivered seven (7) three pointers, but made no additional point beyond those three pointers (21 points). Luka, on the other hand, scored 39 points and 5 three pointers which earned him the Fast Break Stud of the Day.
The Play-In Tournament begins on April 15th. The Playoffs begin April 19th. The regular season Fast Break may be over, but the fun continues into the Postseason. Buckle up. Today should be interesting and so should the next couple months.
As a reminder, Tome+ membership grants you access to useful Fast Break resources, Pro Mode articles, and full data sets for Classic. If you’re curious, but don’t want to pay the $4.99 per month or $12.99 for three months, sending any rare moment to TS: TomeCollective will grant you access for three months, which will include the NBA Playoffs and the first two months of the WNBA Season.
Today’s Objective(s):
Fast Break Day 13 requires five (5) players who will make 40.0 or more field goals made and accumulate 55.0 or more field goal attempts, which means each player will need to average at least 8.0 FGM and 11.0 FGA. The latter is more a formality and the former is your primary focus. Today is dicey as there are many, many teams who are resting their top players, so you’ll need to navigate who will be the primary shooting option when the normal top shooting option isn’t available. Alternatively, you can lean on teams who have something at stake. In any event, field goals made will continue to be challenging - but with an additional twist on the final day of the 2024-2025 NBA Season.
Bucket Getters: Nikola Jokic, Anthony Edwards, Zach LaVine, Aaron Wiggins, Kawhi Leonard, DeMar DeRozan, Stephen Curry, Kyle Kuzma, Cade Cunningham, Domantas Sabonis
Top Five (5) Players in Classic Lineups: G. Antetokounmpo (44%), A. Edwards (38%), L. James (31%), D. Booker (29%), K. Leonard (27%)
Pro Mode Limitations: Rookie Year Badge
Looking Ahead:
Play-In & Playoffs! Tournament takes place April 15-18th and playoffs begin on April 19th. TBD on Fast Break criteria.
Considerations:
It’s play-in tournament and playoffs time! The collection grows thinner with each passing round. Good luck.
Pro mode has a different limitation each day; it also has different objectives compared to Classic

Tome Collective’s Fast Break Run 13 Line-Up (Commons Only Challenge):
Many Fast Break participants do not have an extensive collection of rare or legendary moments, so they are limited to single use commons. Even with a limited lineup, participants have found a way to reach the maximum rewards. Follow along as the Tome Collective account participates in Fast Break without using any player more than once - in both our success and failures.
After three straight losses, we are at risk of falling out of the top 500. At the moment, we are ranked 349th so staying in that range would mean a $5 run-based reward. Not bad when you consider how challenging this run has been and that we are only using commons and are limiting ourselves to single uses of any player. The postseason should be…interesting.
