NBA Fast Break Run 11 | Day 10
Pick 5 Players who will combine for 35 Points in the Paint & 5 Offensive Rebounds to earn your win.
Recap & Overview:
There were only 10 teams in action yesterday where Fast Breakers needed 40 field goals made. Of the players in action, fourteen (14) made at least eight (8) field goals, but only six (6) made more than the bare minimum. Based on the 21% who earned a win, the majority of lineups did not have enough of these players or had that one (or two) player(s) who fell well short of the needed threshold.
The top five (5) players utilized yesterday were Zion, DeMar, LaVine, Giannis, and Wagner. Only Franz exceeded the average needed as he made 11 field goals, which earned him a unanimous Fast Break Stud of the Day. Honorable mention goes to Luka & Banchero who each had 14 FGM. Of he remaining four most utilized players, three (Zion, DeMar, & Giannis) had eight (8) FGM apiece, which was underwhelming - especially for Giannis. The one remaining player, Zach LaVine, chipped in a measly five (5) field goals made in a blowout loss to Golden State where Steph Curry drained his 4,000th three pointer - the only player to have reached that mark. Although he wasn’t the worst overall performer, he was the worst of the five most utilized, so he is your Dud of the Day.
Although only 21% of today’s participants earned a win, over 10% came from those who are perfect through the first nine days of this run, which means we still have 144 Fast Breakers with nine wins. Considering today’s objective and its threshold, that number will likely stay around that range after today (unless they forget to set a lineup or miss the opportunity to swap out an injured player). So long as you have at least seven (7) wins to date, you still have a chance at the 11-win reward. Also, there’s the run-based reward to think about so there’s no time like the present to review your remaining four days and ensure you have sound lineups for the rest of this run. With that said, let’s dive into today’s objectives.
Today’s Objective(s):
Fast Break Day 10 requires five (5) players who will score 35.0 or more points in the paint & gathers 5.0 offensive rebounds, which means your lineup will need to average 7.0 PIP & 1.0 OREB per player. As common as points in the paint (especially with the low threshold) and offensive rebounds by a large number of players who are in action today, you should not have any trouble achieving a win today. But…you need a solid lineup while paying close attention to injury reports.

Twelve (12) teams have the most number of games remaining (3)

13 has the most teams in action (20+), so your lineup options will be the most expansive
Boston’s last game this run lands on Day 11 (tomorrow)
3 of the remaining 4 days will have a single objective (or resembles a single objective)
Pro mode has additional limitations on Day 13 (For the Win Rare)

As Vucevic was on a minutes limit we swapped in Cam Thomas and made 8 FGM, which contributed to our win. We’ve achieved our primary objective and are four wins from our 11-win stretch goal.
