Recap & Overview:
Yesterday marked the third day in a row where the number of Fast Break participants who earned a win was below 50%, but it was the lowest of the three as only 15% earned a win. It also was the first day where the lone perfect record faltered and lost their first day of the series…but so did the five 10-win Fast Breakers so the person on top remains the same while seven (7) additional Fast Breakers joined the 10-win participants. With two days left, wood0299 was given a mulligan and has two more days of survival to earn the top prize.
Of the top five players utilized yesterday (M. Turner, E. Mobley, J. Poeltl, I. Zubac, & S. Barnes), they all contributed a maximum of 1 block and/or 1 steal, so they did the job they were asked to do, but none delivered multiples which is necessary on a day where 5 blocks and 5 steals are needed. If you did not have an O. Anunoby (3 blocks, 2 steals), J. Brown (2 blocks, 2 steals), C. Braun (1 block, 4 steals), etc., chances are you came up short in one or both objectives. That means there were no top fives who far excelled or egregiously fell short so no Studs or Duds on the day.
With the inconsistent lineups across Fast Break, which is common toward the end of a run as collections become less flexible, we will likely continue to see below 50% success rates today and tomorrow. This means that if you are able to pull out the victory, you’ll rise in the overall rankings to secure better run-based rewards. Let’s dive into today’s projections to help you get there.
Today’s Objective(s):
Fast Break Day 13 requires five (5) players who will accumulate 40.0 or more field goals made, which means your lineup will need to average 8.0 FGM per player. Although a single straightforward objective, it means you’ll either need a consistent lineup who can sink buckets or at least one player who can far exceed the requirement. It also means one player has the ability to sink your day if they have an egregiously bad day. Tyrese Maxey, for example, only had 2 FGM a couple days ago and Cade Cunningham has averaged 2.5 FGM his past two games after averaging over 9.0 his previous four games. Today will be as much aggregating FGM as well as avoiding those who can’t buy a bucket, which comes down to little luck. Hopefully luck is on your side & you’ll earn a win after the dust settles.

One of the lucky ones. OG Anunoby was our MVP with his 3 blocks and 2 steals, which moves us into 97th overall. We have two more wins to earn the 11-win pack and Day 13 is looking extra dicey. With Embiid out for the season and Ja Morant questionable today, we swapped in Deni Avdija and Bam Adebayo. Fingers crossed for another win.
