Recap & Overview:
With five (5) days remaining in Fast Break Run 8, there are five opportunities to earn the needed wins to achieve the next pack. Considering we’ve had three (3) straight days of a sub-30% win rate, the number of perfect records have dropped steadily and we are officially under 100 total (82). Day 7 will have a limited pool of available players, so the number of overlapping players will be high. It will either be a day where the majority of participants earn a win or a very low number of winners based on an obscure lineup selection. In either event, it will be the only game today and an interesting one for many reasons.
Yesterday was also interesting as only 27% of participants earned a win - considering there were 14 games, it was going to inevitably be a day where lineup variance was going to be high. Of the top five players utilized, only one player scored less than 25 points - Devin Booker. As you’ve liked seen this segment before, Book was your Fast Break Dud of the Day. The other four scored at least 25 points but none truly stood above the rest - the closest would be Maxey as he chipped in 31. So in theory he is your Fast Break Stud of the Day. Honorable mention goes to Powell, Harden, AD, Ant, Garland, Giannis, Cunningham, etc., who scored 30+ to help their collectors buffer poor performances (I’m looking at your Steph).
As you are likely aware, there is only one game today so your options. It’ll be another day where you put your best foot forward and hope for the best.

Fast Break Day 7 requires five (5) players who will gather 30.0 or more rebounds and distribute 15.0 or more assists, which means your lineup will need to average 6.0 REB & 3.0 AST per player. With only two (2) teams in action today, your options are very, very limited. If you planned head, you are likely in good shape. Otherwise, you may be scrambling for a filler or two. With Deandre Ayton’s unavailability, Donovan Clingan is a solid option for rebounds. Otherwise, check the stats below to identify a viable option based on your area of need.

After the first four players handled their business, we were down to Steph who had a solid first half…but then came out flat in the second half against the Lakers. Unfortunately it also meant we were 9 points shy of yesterday’s target. Win #4, still loading.
