NBA Fast Break Historic | Run 3 | Day 2
Today’s Objective(s): 20 Assists & 8 Three Pointers Made
Overview:
The start to the third ever Historic NBA Fast Break went according to plan for 68% of collectors as they earned a win to kick off this series. Dominique Wilkins dominated the field goal day as he shot 17 for 28, but since he was not in the top five players utilized, he is your honorary Stud of the Day. Allen Iverson, however, was in the top five and he went 12 for 27 from the field which bumped the win % from the 30% range to the upper 60s. With his performance, he is your Fast Break Stud of the Day. Blake Griffin struggled mightily as he shot 10% from the field as he went 2 for 20. Considering he was the 5th most utilized player, he is your Fast Break Dud of the Day.
Based on the average scores across most games, there was a clear adjustment to the algorithm driving the stats for each game and we’re seeing a higher overall scoring output. Even still, we felt more confident in leaning on Run 2 data until tomorrow to guide you to a more reliable option. Keep in mind scores and stats will post 10 minutes after the stated game start time, so you have a small window of opportunity to swap players as needed.
