Fast Break Recap: Day 10
Classic managers cashed at a 59% rate, Historic collectors came in at 76%, and Pro checked in at 64%.
Yesterday's classic objective was 40 rebounds and 20 assists — a dual-category threshold that rewarded big men with playmaking ability, and the seven-game slate produced a wide range of individual outcomes across the top five.
Isaiah Hartenstein (47% utilization) posted 7 rebounds and 1 assist in Oklahoma City's game — a quiet night from the most-rostered player on the board, with minimal contribution to the latter category. Nikola Jokic (43%) was the standout performer — 16 rebounds and 10 assists in Denver's 136-119 win over Memphis, a classic Jokic triple-double that covered both objectives in a meaningful way. His 10 assists were the most of any player in the pool and his rebounding was equally dominant, making his slot the clearest path to the objective on the night. Paolo Banchero (39%) added 8 rebounds and 6 assists in Orlando's 132-120 win over Minnesota — a dual-category contribution in a winning game that gave him the cleanest individual line among the supporting cast. Donovan Clingan (35%) posted 11 rebounds and 5 assists in Portland's 101-112 loss to San Antonio — a losing night, but a genuinely useful dual-category line in both categories. Deni Avdija (33%) rounded out the Portland pair with 4 rebounds and 7 assists in that same loss — modest glass work but a strong playmaking contribution.
Fast Break Stud of the Day: Nikola Jokic — 16 rebounds and 10 assists in a Denver win. The triple-double covered a large percentage of both objectives and was the most dominant individual line of the night by a significant margin.
Fast Break Dud of the Day: Isaiah Hartenstein — 7 rebounds and 1 assist at 47% utilization. The most-rostered player on the board posted the thinnest dual-category line of the five, contributing a decent amount for rebounds, but little effort in assists.
