NBA Fast Break Classic | Run 5 | Day 13

Wizards Shock Toronto, Jazz Surprise Pistons, All Teams Score Triple Digits

NBA Recap: December 26, 2025

Miami opened the night by beating Atlanta 126–111, pulling away with a 36‑point fourth quarter that finally broke open what had been a tight, pace‑heavy game. Charlotte followed by taking down Orlando 120–105, riding a massive 38‑point first quarter and a 39‑point third to keep the Magic chasing all night. Washington delivered the first real surprise of the slate, blasting Toronto 138–117 behind a 36‑point fourth quarter that put the game away for good.

Boston then delivered the loudest offensive statement of the day, dropping 140 in a 140–122 win over Indiana. The Celtics detonated for 75 first half points and a halftime lead they never surrendered. Chicago kept the momentum rolling with a 109–102 win over Philadelphia that was close until the final minutes. Memphis took down Milwaukee at home by a score of 125–104, leaning on a balanced scoring effort as seven players scored in double digits.

The late window brought its own mix of clarity and chaos. Phoenix beat New Orleans 115–108 with a strong fourth quarter that sealed the victory. Detroit ran into a buzzsaw in Utah as they were down by double digits late into the third quarter, which they cut and tied with 18 seconds to go. Keyonte George’s big scoring night and game winning floater with two seconds on the clock was the difference and led the Jazz to a big win. In the final game of the night in Portland, the Clippers saw 30-point contributions from James Harden and (surprisingly) Brook Lopez who was a head-turning 9 of 14 from outside which contributed to their 119-103 victory.

Fast Break Recap: Day 12

Day 12 was another mixed bag, but not in the usual way as 60% of Classic participants earned a win compared to 78% in Pro. Historic, on the other hand, only saw 31% of participants earn a win. In Classic where points were the single objective, James Harden was the most utilized player (49%) and he delivered with a massive 34 points (45 as a captain), which paved the way to a high win rate.

More importantly, none of the top five scored less than 27 points, which means there were no duds on the day (for a change).

Today’s Fast Break Objective(s): Day 13 of 13

Objective(s): 15 Three Pointers Made & 25 Three Point Attempts (3.0 3PM & 5.0 3PA)

You’ll need five (5) players who will make 15 or more and take 25 or more three pointers, which means each player will need to average 3.0 3PM & 5.0 3PA. Final day of this run means your lineup options are likely stretched. The former objective will determine whether you win and the latter will dictate where you rank for the day. On any given day, a top tier player can go cold from outside, so it’s not an easy objective even though the pace of the game leans more toward outside shooting. If you have a captain that does well today, it could lead to a win today.

Top Player Options:

  • Outside Snipers: Michael Porter, Jamal Murray, Donovan Mitchell

  • Top Five (5) Players in Classic Lineups: D. DiVincenzo (64%) | D. Mitchell (53%) | A. Edwards (46%) | S. Merrill (31%) | M. Porter Jr. (27%)

Upcoming Fast Break Objectives:

  • Tomorrow’s Objective(s): Run 6 TBD

Considerations:

  • Run 6 TBD

When there is a single objective, the three data points are still used to stack rank the players vs. ranking solely on projections. For tome+ members, all active player stats are available in the provided data file. Omission of certain players would be based on injuries at the time of data pull.
