NBA Fast Break Classic | Run 3 | Day 9
Kings Rally, Rockets Roll, Pelicans Light Up the Scoreboard
NBA Recap: November 24, 2025
Sacramento clawed past Minnesota in overtime, 117–112, a testament to the Kings’ resilience against one of the West’s toughest defenses. Golden State electrified Chase Center with a 134–117 win over Utah, Steph Curry conducting the offense with trademark precision. In Phoenix, Houston imposed its will in a 114–92 triumph, Amen Thompson’s 28 points and Alperen Sengun’s dominance inside setting the tone. New Orleans delivered the night’s fireworks, outgunning Chicago 143–130 in a high-octane shootout that showcased their offensive depth.
Detroit extended its win streak to 13 with a narrow victory over Indiana, surviving a late push to secure the five-point margin. Toronto reinforced its legitimacy with a 110–99 win over Cleveland, Brandon Ingram erupting for 37 to anchor the effort. Denver kept pace in the West, topping Memphis 125–115 behind another Nikola Jokic triple-double, his blend of scoring and playmaking dictating every possession.
Portland stunned Milwaukee 115–103 at Fiserv Forum, capitalizing on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s absence to notch a statement road win. New York handled Brooklyn 113–100 in a crosstown clash, while Miami edged Dallas 106–102 in a tense finish. Across the slate, road teams showcased composure and grit, leaving home crowds to wrestle with heartbreak and the thrill of unpredictability.
NBA Fast Break Recap: Day 8
Fast Break Day 8 was another mixed bag. Classic had the lowest win rate of the three versions of Fast Break as only 34% earned a win compared to 62% in Pro and 55% in Historic. Jalen Duren, utilized in 44% of lineups, produced the most well-rounded effort as he scored 12 points in the paint and accumulated 5 offensive rebounds. His performance earned him the Fast Break Stud of the Day.
On the other hand, Nikola Jokic was the second most utilized player, yet could only muster 4 points in the paint and 1 offensive rebounds. It was a rare case where the multi-time MVP earned the not-so-valuable Dud of the Day award.
Today’s Fast Break Objective(s): Day 9 of 13
Objective(s): 40 Assists (8.0 AST)
You’ll need five (5) players who will accumulate 40 or more assists, which means each player will need to average 8.0 AST. The challenge of the day isn’t the objective, but instead the limited player options who can get you across the threshold. There are only 6 teams in action, which means there are only three games on today’s schedule. Your captain will play a vital role to your success today.

Distributors: Luka Doncic, James Harden, LeBron James, Jalen Johnson
Top Five (5) Players in Classic Lineups: J. Harden (81%) | L. James (71%) | D. Bane (44%) | L. Doncic (40%) | A. Reaves (35%)

Day 9 (today) only has six teams in action, which means the least flexibility
Day 11 has more than 20 teams in action, which means the most flexibility
There are no games scheduled on November 27th

Witty’s Fast Break Challenge:
In NBA Fast Break, how often you can use a player depends on the value of their moments—measured by average sale price. That system can put newer and/or smaller collectors at a disadvantage, limiting their ability to compete. This segment is designed to level the playing field, giving resourceful collectors a shot at rewards and proving that smart strategy can still win, even without a stacked collection.
