NBA Fast Break Classic | Run 2 | Day 13
Curry Ties MJ, Harden Triple-Doubles, Pistons Win Ninth Straight
NBA Recap: November 14, 2025
Steph Curry turned back the clock with a season-high 49 points on 16-of-26 shooting (9-of-17 from three) which tied him with Michael Jordan for most 40-point games after age 30 (44x), as the Warriors edged the Spurs 109–108 in a tense NBA Cup battle. The win marked Golden State’s first in West Group C play, while Victor Wembanyama countered with 26 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 blocks in a losing effort. The game had a playoff-like intensity, punctuated by a fourth-quarter scuffle between Draymond Green and Wembanyama.
In Dallas, James Harden delivered his 82nd career triple-double—41 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists—to lead the Clippers past the Mavericks 133–127 in double overtime. Ivica Zubac added 27 points and 11 rebounds for Los Angeles while Naji Marshall & DeAngelo Russell led the way for Dallas as they both scored 28 points.
Elsewhere, the Pistons stayed red-hot, winning their ninth straight to move to 11–2—their best start since 2005–06 and the current top mark in the East. The Knicks outgunned the Heat 140–132 behind a barrage of threes, while the Magic handled the struggling Nets 105–98. Houston overwhelmed the Trail Blazers 140–116 with a relentless offensive pace, and the Bucks needed overtime to shake the Hornets 147–134 despite a 25-point, 18-assist night from Giannis Antetokounmpo. In the West, the Timberwolves took care of the Kings 124–110, and the Lakers cruised past the Pelicans 118–104 with balanced scoring and stout defense.
NBA Fast Break Results: Day 12
As expected, yesterday proved daunting as only 10% of Fast Break lineups earned a win. The biggest contributor to the low win rate was Myles Turner as he was utilized in 87% of lineups and delivered no steal or blocks. Absolutely brutal considering you needed seven of each. To add salt to the wound, he had a high usage rate in the captain slot, so doubly painful considering the double donuts even though the Bucks and Hornets went into overtime.
Misery loves company though, as Jaden McDaniels (2nd highest utilization) and OG Anunoby (4th highest) both followed Turner’s lead and contributed no steals nor blocks. The latter had an excuse as he exited with an injury. Even still, the trio earned the first ever three-way Duds of the Day.
Wemby kept his blocks streak alive as he contributed three and added a steal in their narrow loss to the Warriors. With his performance, he earned the Fast Break Stud of the Day award.
Today’s Fast Break Objective(s): Day 13 of 14
Objective(s): 20 Assists minus Turnovers (4.0 AST-TO)
You’ll need five (5) players who will accumulate 20 or more assists than turnovers, which means each player will need to average 4.0 AST-TO. There aren’t many games today and it is the second to last day, so your player options may be limited. This is also one of the more volatile days as metrics can run negative, so you won’t know whether you’ll win until your last game is complete. Your captain will likely play a pivotal role in your success as the multiplier could be beneficial or a detriment to your overall tally. All in all, anticipate a challenging day ahead.

Witty’s Fast Break Challenge:
In NBA Fast Break, how often you can use a player depends on the value of their moments—measured by average sale price. That system can put newer and/or smaller collectors at a disadvantage, limiting their ability to compete. This segment is designed to level the playing field, giving resourceful collectors a shot at rewards and proving that smart strategy can still win, even without a stacked collection.
