NBA Fast Break Classic | Run 2 | Day 5

Suns Beat the Clippers in Jalen Green’s Debut

NBA Recap: November 6, 2025

The Suns snapped a two-game skid Thursday night behind Jalen Green’s electric 29-point debut, shooting 10-of-20 from the field and 6-of-13 from deep. Devin Booker added 24 points and 6 assists, while Phoenix exploded for 40 points in the third quarter to flip a sluggish first half into a comfortable win. The Clippers, missing key starters, couldn’t keep pace despite Ivica Zubac’s double-double & Cam Christie’s 17 points off the bench.

Phoenix improves to 4–5 on the season, with Green’s return injecting much-needed scoring and spacing. The Clippers fall to 3–5, now losers of four of their last five. The Suns’ defense tightened in the second half, and their ball movement—especially with Booker freed from full-time ball-handling duties—looked sharper. If Green stays healthy, Phoenix’s backcourt could be a problem for the West.

NBA Fast Break Results: Day 4

Three of the four days thus run has seen a 70% or higher win rate as yesterday saw an 80% victor rating. There weren’t many players available as only two teams were in action. Of those players, Devin Booker saw the highest utilization of 81% and he delivered a 10 for 22 night, which earned him the Fast Break Stud of the Day.

Derrick Jones, who had the 5th highest utilization of 40%, had the worst shooting night as he only made 3 of 4. With his performance, he earned the Fast Break Dud of the Day.

Today’s Fast Break Objective(s): Day 5 of 14

Objective(s): 140 Points Scored (28.0 PTS)

You’ll need five (5) players who will score 140 or more points scored, which means each player will need to average 28.0 PTS. Today is straightforward, but it won’t be easy. Your captain will need to do the heavy lifting to account for players who fall below the average required, but keep in mind a player can still have the ability to derail your day.

Top Player Options:

  • Point Scorers: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Donovan Mitchell, Cade Cunningham, Lauri Markkanen

  • Top Five (5) Players in Classic Lineups: D. Mitchell (83%) | S. Gilgeous-Alexander (77%) | G. Antetokounmpo (64%) | J. Brown (58%) | K. Durant (54%)

Upcoming Fast Break Objectives:

  • Objectives remaining (after today):

    • 2x: REB, BLK

    • 1x: 3PM, 3PA, AST-TO, AST, STL, PITP, OREB, FGM, FGA, PTS

  • Tomorrow’s Objective(s): 45 Rebounds & 5 Blocks (9.0 REB & 1.0 BLK)

Considerations:

  • Eight (8) teams have the most games remaining (6)

  • New York & Philadelphia have the least remaining games (4)

  • Day 11 & 13 also have 10 or less teams in action, so lineup options are more limited

  • Day 5 (today) & 10 have 20 or more teams in action, so there is more flexibility with your lineup options

  • The always volatile & challenging AST-TO takes place on Day 13

Statistical Approach:

Top players in points scored according to Rotowire & NBA.com, which is available in the table(s) below. When there is a single objective, the three data points are still used to stack rank the players vs. ranking solely on projections. For tome+ members, all active player stats are available in the provided data file. Omission of certain players would be based on injuries at the time of data pull.

Witty’s Fast Break Challenge:

In NBA Fast Break, how often you can use a player depends on the value of their moments—measured by average sale price. That system can put newer and/or smaller collectors at a disadvantage, limiting their ability to compete. This segment is designed to level the playing field, giving resourceful collectors a shot at rewards and proving that smart strategy can still win, even without a stacked collection.
