OG Anunoby led New York with 25 points, Jalen Brunson added 23 points, 10 assists, and 7 rebounds, and Josh Hart chipped in 18. The Knicks outscored Minnesota 83–60 in the second half and improved to 5–0 at home.

Detroit held off Utah 114–103 behind Cade Cunningham’s 31-point night and Jalen Duren’s dominant 22-point, 22-rebound double-double. Houston cruised past Memphis 124–109, and Denver controlled Miami 122–112 behind Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokić.
Additionally, the Pelicans edged Dallas 101–99 as Saddiq Bey led the way and rookie Cooper Flagg missed a potential game-tying shot. Sacramento closed strong to beat Golden State 121–116, while the Lakers survived a late push from San Antonio to win 118–116. Brooklyn finally snapped its seven-game skid with a 112–103 win over Indiana, locking in defensively during a decisive fourth quarter. The biggest shock came in Portland, where the Trail Blazers handed Oklahoma City its first loss of the season, 121–119, ending the Thunder’s perfect start at 8–1.
NBA Fast Break Results: Day 3
Two of three days this run has seen a 70% or higher win rate as yesterday saw a 84% happiness rating. Jalen Duren was the 3rd highest utilized player (48%) and had the highest contribution as he had 20 points in the paint to go along with his 7 offensive rebounds. His high volume in both objectives earned him the Fast Break Stud of the Day award.
Of the top five players, none had an egregiously low output, so there were no Duds on the Day.
Today’s Fast Break Objective(s): Day 4 of 14
Objective(s): 30 Field Goals Made & 45 Field Goal Attempts (6.0 FGM & 9.0 FGA)
You’ll need five (5) players who will make 30 or more and take 45 or more field goals, which means each player will need to average 6.0 FGM & 9.0 FGA. The former will determine whether you earn a win and the latter will dictate where you rank. Your captain will be a significant factor also considering there are only two teams in action, which means your player options are the most limited.
Top Player Options:
Shot Takers & Makers: Devin Booker, Ivica Zubac, John Collins, Jalen Green
Top Five (5) Players in Classic Lineups: D. Booker (82%) | I. Zubac (73%) | J. Collins (70%) | G. Allen (70%) | K. Leonard (41%)
Upcoming Fast Break Objectives:
Objectives remaining (after today):
2x: PTS, REB, BLK
1x: 3PM, 3PA, AST-TO, AST, STL, PITP, OREB, FGM, FGA
Tomorrow’s Objective(s): 140 Points Scored (28.0 PTS)
Considerations:
Eight (8) teams have the most games remaining (6)
New York & Philadelphia have the least remaining games (4)
There are only two (2) teams in action on Day 4 (today), so set this lineup first to avoid finding yourself in a tough spot
Day 11 & 13 also have 10 or less teams in action, so lineup options are more limited
Day 5, & 10 have 20 or more teams in action, so there is more flexibility with your lineup options
The always volatile & challenging AST-TO takes place on Day 13
Statistical Approach:
Top players in field goals made & field goal attempts according to Rotowire & NBA.com, which is available in the table(s) below. Overall rank is based on daily projections, last 10 (when available), and season averages, which is stack ranked amongst peers for each objective. When there is a single objective, the three data points are still used to stack rank the players vs. ranking solely on projections. For tome+ members, all active player stats are available in the provided data file. Omission of certain players would be based on injuries at the time of data pull.

Witty’s Fast Break Challenge:
In NBA Fast Break, how often you can use a player depends on the value of their moments—measured by average sale price. That system can put newer and/or smaller collectors at a disadvantage, limiting their ability to compete. This segment is designed to level the playing field, giving resourceful collectors a shot at rewards and proving that smart strategy can still win, even without a stacked collection.
Check back daily to see our lineup, adjustments along the way, and how we do with lineups that are capped to a single use per run.
Will be posted beginning tomorrow for Run 2.
