Run 12 | Day 8
Fast Break Recap: Day 7
Classic managers cashed at an 85% rate, Historic collectors came in at 64%, and Pro checked in with the lowest win rate at just 32%.
Yesterday's classic objective was 40 field goals made and 50 field goal attempts across five players — roughly 8 makes and 10 attempts per player to carry their weight.
The makes column was in safe hands from the jump. Kevin Durant (88% utilization) was the standout, burying 15 of 23 from the field for 40 points in Houston's 124-132 loss to Chicago — an elite efficiency line that covered 37.5% of the total needed. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (71%) was even more efficient on fewer attempts, going 9 of 13 in Oklahoma City's 123-103 blowout win over Philadelphia. Luka Doncic (44%) posted a volume line that padded the attempts column, putting up 29 shots in Los Angeles's narrow 110-113 loss to Detroit and converting 11, carrying the attempts side despite shooting under 38%. Tyler Herro (36%) added 6 makes on 11 attempts in Miami's 111-136 loss to San Antonio. Brandon Ingram (50%), the third-most-rostered player on the board, was a late scratch and did not play as Toronto ran away from Utah 143-127, leaving a zero in both columns for collectors who had built around him.
Fast Break Stud of the Day: Kevin Durant — 15 of 23 from the field and 40 points in a losing effort. The most-rostered player on the board was the most productive, clearing the makes threshold almost entirely on his own.
Fast Break Dud of the Day: Brandon Ingram — late scratch at 50% utilization. Half of Classic collectors had Ingram slotted in, and a last-minute absence left a dead slot on both sides of the objective.
