Run 11 | Day 9

NBA Fast Break Recap: Day 8

Historic managers had the best of it on Tuesday as 81% walked away with a win. Pro collectors weren't far behind at 73%, while Classic was the clear laggard with just 18% earning a victory — a punishing night for the most popular game mode.

Yesterday's objective was 45 rebounds and 5 blocks across five players — roughly 9 rebounds and 1 block per player to carry their weight.

The boards were there in reasonable supply, but the blocks proved elusive. Evan Mobley (73% utilization) led the group with 13 rebounds and 2 blocks as Cleveland fell to Orlando 122-128 — his the only line among the five that cleared both halves of the objective individually. Mitchell Robinson (40%) matched Mobley's rebound count with 13 of his own in New York's convincing 134-117 win over Utah, though he added nothing in the block column. Rudy Gobert (42%) chipped in 12 rebounds in Minnesota's 106-120 loss to the Lakers, but again, zero blocks from a player collectors leaned on to anchor the shot-deterrent side of the objective. Karl-Anthony Towns (72%) posted just 7 rebounds in that same NYK blowout, well below the per-player threshold and no help on blocks either. Moussa Diabate contributed 9 rebounds and 1 block as Charlotte edged Portland 103-101 in a nail-biter.

Fast Break Stud of the Day: Evan Mobley — 13 rebounds and 2 blocks in a tough Cleveland loss. The only player in the group who meaningfully contributed to both objectives.

Fast Break Dud of the Day: Karl-Anthony Towns — 7 rebounds and 0 blocks at 72% utilization. The second-most-rostered player on the board fell well short of the per-player rebound average and offered nothing on the blocks side.

Top players in points scored according to Rotowire & NBA.com, which is available in the table(s) below. When there is a single objective, the three data points are still used to stack rank the players vs. ranking solely on projections. For tome+ members, all active player stats are available in the provided data file. Omission of certain players would be based on injuries at the time of data pull.
